YOUR TREATMENT AT R&R
At R&R Wellness Spa, each guest has a private float suite with space to change, float, and shower. Begin with a shower inside the suite to remove oils and help the float tank water later adjust to your body temperature. You may enter the tank in a swimsuit or nude, and have the option to use the neck float and earplugs provided as well. You’ll find controls for lighting and staff intercom within arms reach inside the tank. We recommend focusing on breathing, meditation, or simply relaxing during your session. After the float, your suite has toiletries available if you would like to shower and refocus before leaving your session.
