In addition to the Cancellation Policy, any clients who no show or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment for Facials, Massage, Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Steam, Compression or Spa Day will be charged the cost of the scheduled service. These services require a lot of time and effort to ensure each member or client that use these services are given the proper attention required for each scheduled appointment.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
When you miss an appointment with us, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card on file to guarantee a reservation. Please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation less than 24 hour notice or no show.
Each scheduled service is timed to accommodate each guest service as well as the necessary cleaning required to ensure a great experience. If you are late for your appointment, it could greatly impact the next client’s appointment. We ask each client to give us a courteous call to let us know if you are running late. However, we can only honor a 10 minute hold with a abbreviated appointment before the service will need to be cancelled all together. If you are have not arrived under the 10 minute hold you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. (Please also see Cancellation and No Show Policies.)
