SAUNA-STEAM

 Our Sauna-Steam is a private room containing an infrared sauna and a steam room connected with a sliding door. With the ability to freely walk between the steam and sauna room, you gain all the benefits of a sauna while also improving breathing difficulties, opening pores, reducing tension, and easing stress in the steam room. Our Sauna-Steam room also contains a shower which can help cool your body down after the Sauna-Steam or give you a short break from the heat during your session.
